CONCRETE EVIDENCE

Concrete Testing

Concrete testing is an essential part of any construction project, ensuring the concrete used in the construction process is fit for purpose. Concrete is a versatile material that is used extensively throughout residential and large scale infrastructure projects alike.

Comprised of cement, water and aggregates, concrete performance can vary greatly based on mixture ratios. ASCT’s concrete testing assesses properties such as flexural strength, water permeability, compression and consistency.

All of these can all play a major role in how the material performs in your given application making it clear that concrete testing is critical to project success.

CONCRETE SPECIALTY TESTING

NATA-Accredited Concrete Testing

All testing is conducted as per the relevant NATA, Australian Standards (AS) and State Government standards.

Concrete testing is beneficial for a number of reasons:

Quality Assurance: These tests provide insight into material properties such as flexural strength, water permeability, compression and consistency. We test both wet and dry concrete samples to ensure you meet Australian standards.

Increased safety: Comprehensive testing ensures that your material is suitable for use in your construction project. This is particularly important for projects that require unwavering structural integrity, such as bridges and buildings.

Cost reduction: Identifying potential issues with your concrete in the early phases provides the opportunity to implement correctional measures before they become more serious and costly to fix. This can help you to save money on repairs, replacements, and project delays.

ASCT works with your construction partners to mitigate delays and provide solutions to concrete testing issues you face to ensure you can meet your project deadlines.

Bringing certainty to the construction industry for over 30 years, we have an extensive track record of success with projects of all shapes and sizes. From residential renovations to large scale infrastructure projects, we have you covered. Additionally, our fleet of mobile annex laboratories provide the opportunity to service projects in remote locations. As our client, you will know exactly what the site consists of, the suitability and our advice for continuing the project.

Get in touch with ASCT and employ the power of certainty to mitigate project risks during your construction process.
