OUR CAPABILITIES

Construction Materials Testing

ASCT’s capabilities extend beyond standard Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Geotechnical Investigations. ASCT remains at the forefront of the construction materials testing industry with a combination of technological innovation and widely experienced technicians. This focus on people and technology allows us to complete an ever-expanding range of specialty tests with incredible accuracy and reliability – because certainty matters.

We undergo specialty testing on concrete, aggregates, soil, and pavement materials in our NATA accredited specialty testing laboratories while delivering extensive, accurate and efficient reporting at every project stage.

LEVEL 1 SUPERVISION & TESTING

Confidence & Compliance

ASCT’s highly qualified and extensively experienced team maintains Level 1 Supervision and Testing in-line with ‘AS3798-2007 Guidelines on Earthworks for Commercial and Residential Developments’. As required in civil construction, the purpose of Level 1 Supervision and Testing is for the Geotechnical Inspection and Testing Authority (GITA) to determine compliance and ensure all materials testing have been conducted adequately for the job on hand.

ASCT’s qualified experts work hard on-site to reduce the potential for construction hazards and complete the Level 1 certification in a time efficient, thorough manner.

ROCK SOLID RESULTS

Aggregate Testing

Assessing aggregates at ASCT includes a vast selection of different tests. From particle size and aggregate shape, sampling and contamination, to strength, durability, density, and sealing, ASCT covers it all so no question goes unanswered.

CONCRETE EVIDENCE

Concrete Testing

At ASCT we have a broad spectrum of specialty tests for concrete. Our teams have the ability to test concrete strength, consistency, and mass. We consistently invest in the most up-to-date technological innovations across our industry to remain ahead of the curve and provide comprehensive answers to our project partners.

CERTAINTY IN EVERY STEP

Pavement Testing

ASCT specialises in testing pavement strength. This is accomplished through our thorough allocation of resources, continual investment into the latest industry technology innovations and our incredibly talented and vastly experienced team members.

GREAT GROUNDWORK

Soil Testing

There are a variety of specialty tests ASCT conducts in order to test soil materials. To gain a complete and accurate understanding of the foundations of a project site, ASCT recognises the need for deliberate, pointed examination.

The specialty tests ASCT conducts for soil materials include preparation, sampling, moisture, classification, density, chemical, compaction, strength and stability. By conducting such tests, our clients are able to remain confident in our findings and how to move ahead.

FOAMED BITUMEN STABILISATION

Foamed Bitumen Stabilisation
